At Balmoral Oval
(scouts who must attend school sports events may leave and return)
Scouts should arrive Friday to assist in setup, and then will camp Friday and Saturday.
Races are on Saturday, with the final event on Sunday morning.
Rosters:
Friday Evening and OVERNIGHT: Williams and Negri
Saturday Evening and OVERNIGHT: Tisdell and Rohrscheim
Cooking: Dardis, Black, and Jones – further arrangement TBC.
Setup on Friday and Pack-up on Sunday: please come and help. this is the ultimate in many hands making light work. Some items, such as the marquee, can only be done with assistance of many people at once.
